Celebrate the Jubilee with in style with a scenic race around Harrogate and Knaresborough. This route that is particularly suitable for first timers at all distances starts near the Great Yorkshire Showground encircling the spa town of Harrogate at a radius of 3-4 miles, mostly on attractive country paths and passing through the spectacular Nidd Gorge. For the Ultra it also takes in the Knaresborough Round.

Kit list: You are expected to always carry the following during the race. Failure to do so may result in time penalties or disqualification, at the discretion of the Race Directors whose decision is final.
Drinking Cup (we do not provide plastic cups at checkpoints)
500 ml water/energy drink
Waterproof jacket with taped seams
Hard copy of the Map/Route description (see website for details)
Mobile phone (with the race director’s numbers – 07950 008005 & 07702 021156 stored in it in case of emergencies). Your phone should be left switched on
This is the standard kit for all races, but please check the website for the specific race in case there are any special requirements due to the weather etc.
Trackers: All ultramarathon entrants will be supplied with a tracker and a weblink will be provided during the week prior to the race, where runners and friends and family can watch your progress during the race.
This will already be switched on. Please place it on the shoulder strap of your pack facing upwards (or as instructed) and if possible, double check it is appearing on the website. The tracker website link will be sent via email a few days before the event. Please note there is a big button on the front of your tracker, if you need emergency help, provided the tracker is in range press it and remain where you are, this ends your race).

Final Competitor instructions: These will be emailed to all competitors as shortly after entries close. Results will be available on the Facebook group within 24 hours and on the website within 48 hours.
