Dirty Duathlon comprises of 6 mile run, 13 mile off road mountain bike ride and a second lap of the 6 mile run. This is all off road (minimal amount of tarmac) and the event is staged in a sportive format.
Non-competitive event but we use chip timing so each participant has an accurate time. Each competitor can start when they wish and must have with them a person who can act as support to hand over and collect their bike during the event.
Event based at Sutton Bank at 1000ft high in a spectacular setting taking in Yorkshire’s finest view with high level singletrack and forestry.
Refreshments provided at the finish and also drink station mid-way round.
And although we’re surrounded by wilderness trails in all directions the hub of the event has the convenience of a café, visitor centre, Skills Area, Bike Wash, surfaced parking and of course our own Sutton Bank Bikes Store.
Parking in the North York Moors National Car Park is available for £4.50 for the full day. Please make sure you bring change.
Under 17's must be accompanied by an adult
