Ever fancied being a world champion at something?
Ever wondered what it would be like to run 5k in flip flops ?
The Flip flop 5k will be another world first for us and we are contacting Guinness to see if we could get a World Record out of it.
To be run on the evening of Wednesday 15th June from outside Coast Cafe using the Worthing Parkrun (one of the fastest routes in the country )
As this a world championship and to keep a level playing field we shall be providing the Flip flops.
Chip timing provided by Timing Monkey and proudly supported by Caffeine Bullet.
