Rather than just training harder or more often, this course will help you to train smarter. It will help you find increased running efficiency, analyse your goals and plan a training season to maximise your chances of success.
The weekend includes a number of trail runs and active workshops:
- Running technique & descending skills.
- Goal setting and event analysis
- Strength and Conditioning
- Running with poles
- Planning a training programme
The course is run from Badaguish Outdoor Centre in the heart of the Glenmore forest, so we have a wealth of trails to explore over the weekend. Accommodation is not included, but is available at the centre, check the website for more details.
