Based in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, an opportunity to learn the vital skills and techniques for skyrunning on some of the finest sky runs in North Wales under the supervision of a qualified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor (MCI).
- Skyrunning is mountain running where you run on trails while scrambling up beautiful ridges and gullies.
- Run by a highly experienced trail and Sky runner with British Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor and British Athletics qualifications.
- 2 day course building confidence and technique on steep ground while running some of the best trails in Snowdonia National Park including technical scrambling terrain.
- Perfect for runners who regularly run 15km or more who want to start technical running in the mountains or for skyrunners looking to improve confidence and refresh skills before a race.
- Spend the weekend with like-minded people who share the same passion as you.
- Based in the heart of Snowdonia National Park that encompasses some of the most impressive scenery in Wales.
- Snacks for the run and after run hot drinks with home baked cakes included in the price.
