Charity “Cancer Care”, in association with Tri-Island Running, are hosting a 5km & 10km race to help raise sponsorship and awareness for the charity. The races will be out and back routes which will start and finish at Roa Island Public Car Park, Barrow In Furness, LA13 0QL.
Entrants are asked to raise a minimum sponsorship of £20 on top of the race entry and all sponsorship money will go to Cancer Care. Both races are family friendly runs and we encourage runners of all ages to take part.
We do ask however that those under 12 must run the whole course with an adult. The courses will be well marked with race signage and markers.
All finishers will receive a bespoke medal and finishers T-Shirt.
