All races start at 7:15 and are under UKA rules, Event Licence Number 2022-43059
Race 1: Tuesday 28th June - Rushcliffe Country Park 4 miles
Race 2: Thursday 30th June - Holme Pierrepont 10km *^
Race 3: Tuesday 5th July - Victoria Embankment 5km*
Race 4: Thursday 7th July - University of Nottingham 5miles

^ Car park charge £3 (applied by the Water Sports Centre). Please park in the Adbolton Lane overflow carpark (just beyond the reception entrance and bus layby). Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANP) will be in operation. You will be able to pay online prior to your visit and the link will be given with the race instructions sent out with your number.
Your race number must be kept for all the races you enter.
Runners entering all 4 races are entitled to receive a commemorative t-shirt.
Team Cash Prizes (3 in a team). All Team members must do all four races and have same Team Name.
We are pleased to have supported a charity every year and the nominated charity for 2022 is The Canaan Trust (Charity No. 1105657) www.canaan-trust.co.uk . The Canaan Trust has been in existence since 1995, is operational 24/7/365, even during the pandemic lockdown, and has remained physically accessible to all in need. The Trust is holistic in its approach, seeking to not only provide for the physical needs of its "clients" but also for their emotional and mental health well-being. The Trust has two hostels providing person centered supported accommodation for homeless males.
