Registration and parking available near Criggion Village Hall (GR 296149 on OS sheet 126).
Despite this event being on the tiny Breidden Hills it is deceptively tough, fell skills are needed, no blubbering or crying at the finish.
Compulsory kit to carry - Welsh covid rules apply. There may be a requirement for full safety kit, weather dependent, so check the forecast & still bring it all with you.
The course is modified and partially marked, but you may need to know where you are going......navigation.. the route crosses private land in places so please be respectful of fences, gates, livestock et al. if you recce the route before hand.
If you develop Covid-19 symptoms and/or have a positive test within 72 hours of the race, you must inform the race organiser.
If you test positive you should complete the UKA Covid-19 Report Form.
