RHAC 5k & 3k Track Time Trial

Join us for a 3k and 5k TT event on the track, under the floodlights! Use as a fitness benchmark, go for your track PB or use it as a tempo in prep for the one of the Autumn marathons. Developing juniors can choose the 3k or 5k option too.
Timing mats, individual printed results, big screen tv (weather permitting) with lap times will all be provided on the day.
On selecting your target time we will organise it so you are running with people of similar ability. The running order on the night will be:
19:30 - 3k
19:55 - 5k sub 20
20:20 - 5k 20+
