INFERNO – Edale’s Ring of Hell

INFERNO - Edale's Ring of Hell Ultra, Half Marathon, 10 miles & 10k are set in the heart of Peak District (UK's Original National Park) and provide an unforgettable adventure thanks to its wide range of terrain.
Race starts in Edale (just 5 min walk from a very well connected train station, which is super convenient) and quickly leads up Ringing Roger via steep ascent.
The race follows sheep tracks, muddy paths, rocky descents and even a climb up waterfall with crystal clear water (that's our unofficial water station).
The event will run over the weekend with the Ultra and 10 mile courses on Saturday and the Half Marathon and 10k on Sunday.
For real nutters there will be an option to enter the Double and do both days!
The details of each race are:
- Ultra - 35 miles, 9200ft ascent, 14 hour cut off
- Half - 15.5 miles, 4300ft ascent, 8 hour cut off
- 10 miles - 10.5 miles, 2800ft ascent, 6 hour cut off
- 10k - 7.8 miles, 2600ft, 5 hour cut off
The race will be self-navigated - GPX, map with marked route and detailed route description will be provided to download by the end of 2021. We will organise 1-2 recces for each course throughout the year 2022 to get you familiar with terrain and route.

PLEASE NOTE – We are trying to be eco-friendly and we do not provide plastic cups at checkpoints. Please bring your own cup!

Please consider purchasing Refund Protect with your entry as we don't cancel/defer entries to next year.
You can sell your place privately up to a week before the event.
After that time there will be no transfers as it creates too much mess with start numbers.
Also up to a week prior to event you can request change of distance.
