Pedal for Scotland 2021
Pedal Highland Perthshire is a fun, welcoming and free cycling event for beginners and families. Taking place in the estate grounds of the iconic Blair Castle in Blair Atholl, this short, beginner friendly route snakes it's way along tracks, quiet roads and eventing fields. Suitable for children from 5yrs+*, all types of bike including ebikes and adapted bikes are welcome and the route is approved to be "good for Granny" by a local 6yr route tester.
This event starts at 10am on Saturday 2nd October. Once you have signed in you are welcome to begin the 5km route. You won't need a map as the route is fully signed and marshalled. You can cycle the route as many times as you like up until 12.30pm taking a break in the lovely Tullibardine cafe in between laps or admiring the red deer and stags located right next to the castle.
Your event entry gains you access to the grounds of the castle and you are welcome to extend your day by upgrading to a castle entry ticket at the castle ticket office.
