The fifth edition of this superb winter trail running event across the high level moorland and woodland of the Eastern Moors and National Trust Longshaw Estate. Both the 25.7km long and 10.6km short routes provide a variety of top quality running trails and the opportunity to gaze over some of Peak District National Park’s most stunning scenery.
The 2022 Wildest Peaks will be a reduced capacity trail run held under the current rules and regulations set out by England Athletics and the Trail Running Association.
- Fully signed/arrowed courses plus a bagged, colour route map will be provided
- Choose your distance 25.6 km/15.9 miles or 10.6 km/6.6 miles – gold, silver & bronze time awards/certificates awarded on each course
- Trail running related prizes for male and female age category winners and runners up on each course
- Designated rolling start windows – start anytime within your choosen 10 min window
- Start individually or in small groups
- SPORTident electronic timing with on-the-spot results.
**The event has sold out in the past 4 years so early booking is strongly recommended
Age limits - Short course = 17 Long course = 18
*Affiliate £2 discount per event – for competitors who are either; a member of a UKA affiliated club or the Trail Run Association.
