This year's Seven Sevens NIMRA Championship race will be run in the clockwise direction.

Cut-Off - There will be cut-off times of 14:00 at the Ben Crom Dam AND 16:00 at the Meelbeg-Meelmore saddle. All runners must report to both checkpoints and ensure that their race number is recorded.

All Participants must abide by the Athletics NI Back to Road Running Guidance (17th May) and in particular the section that says
Participants
- Participants must refrain from handshakes, hugs and high-fives. Cover their coughs and sneezes. No spitting.
- Try not to touch any surfaces at the event.
- All participants should leave as soon as they finish.
- While running participants should always maintain a safe distance from others and should allow a safe distance while overtaking.
Participants must also wear a face-covering for Registration which must be carried throughout the race. Buffs are acceptable.
IMPORTANT You MUST NOT attend the activity if:
- You are unwell with a cough, fever or have had other Covid symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19 within the last 10 days
- You have been in close contact with anyone who is suspected of or confirmed as having Covid-19 in the 10 days before this event
- You are supposed to be Self Isolating or are undergoing testing for suspected Coronavirus
- You have been outside of Northern Ireland or the Common Travel Area within the last 10 days **EXCEPT from exempted countries - See https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/articles/coronavirus-covid-19-travel-advice for the current rules.
- Travel within the CTA is currently permitted but you should take a Lateral Flow test before and after arrival into NI. See Coronavirus (COVID-19): traveling within the Common Travel Area | nidirect for more info
If you have a condition that makes you Clinically Vulnerable, please follow current government and medical advice before registering.
In the event that regulations change and we have to cancel the event we will refund entry fees.
Withdrawals - are allowed up to the closing date and will be refunded the entry fee minus £2 to cover costs. Notify us via the email address above.
