Bury to Clare - Autumn Edition

A route over the gently undulating countryside of West Suffolk, through the villages of Hawstead, Whepstead, Somerton and others.
The route will be waymarked. The challenge is to complete the distance by 5pm. Medals to all finishers.
Start: Nowton Park Bury Road, Nowton, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP29 5BD [TBC].
Finish: Clare Castle Country Park, Suffolk CO10 8NW
Time: Walkers start 9:00am, Runners 10:30am
The race will be held under UK Athletics rules (permit applied for)
Option to leave your car at the finish in Clare and get the coach back to Nowton Park in time for the start. Cost of coach £12
Checkpoints with refreshments at 7 miles and 12 miles approximately.

St Nicholas Hospice Care is a local charity supporting people and families in West Suffolk and Thetford who are living with a life-shortening illness.
