 >  Yellow               2.1km   155m 
 >  Orange             2.3km   180m
 >  Light Green     3.1km   240m
 >  Short Green    3.1km   250m
 >  Green               3.7km    310m
 >  Blue                  5.8km    360m
 >  Brown              8.0km    560m

Due to the area the amount of climb is high, though those running optimum routes may do less climb than given above.

 

Terrain: High open fell with complex contour and rock detail.

 

Start/Finish: These are close together about 1.4km with 250m climb from the car park - 40 minutes steady walk.

 

Dibber Hire: Dibbers can be hired during the entry process for £1and there is a £30 charge if lost. 

 

Entry changes and cancellation: Before the closing date you can change your course by editing your entry online, but there will be no changes of course on the day. If you are unable to make the event please let us know via the email address above so that we can offer your place to another runner.  If we are informed by the end of Thursday 1st July we will provide a refund less £1 per person to cover admin costs.
