Lothersdale fell race. Time trial format. Slightly shortened route otherwise same as it always has been.
Registration outside the Hare and Hounds pub Lothersdale, (please don't use their car park). If possible, please bring a completed FRA entry form to registration to save time. Start line is on the usual pathway as you come into the village but a little further up than previously. Runners will be starting a maximum of 2 every 30s from 19:00 - please select your start time from the available options on the entry form.
From there you run up to the gate at the top of the pathway (it is narrow at the top due to a wall giving way) then turn left and run up to the top of the hill, along the same route as usual. Partial marking will be in place but not too much of it. Once at the top, turn around at the marshal and return the way you came. Sweeper will follow at 19:30.
The finish line is above the initial gate, allowing plenty of room for runners to distance safely and catch their breath. Results will be posted once all are finished.
