Courses:
Long ~4.7k 100m climb
Short. ~ 3k. 70m
Provisional figures. Add 30% for approx actual distance run.

Juniors:      
This is an urban event, thus U16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Entry Limit:
90 per course

Dibber Hire:
Available by pre-order at no charge, but £30 if lost. To preorder, leave the SI number blank, collect from Download on the day.

Start Times:
11:00 to 12:30.

Parking:
Tyne Willows Park (on the grass) Postcode CA9 3HZ. There will be dedicated parking from 10:00 to 2:00, if you wish to stay on in the town please repark after 2:00. 

 

Start/Finish:
Adjacent to the car park.

Facilities:
Public Toilets at town hall 300m from parking. The cafe at the station serves drinks and light meals.

Terrain:
Typical urban area with some parkland and woodland. Expect more climb than a typical urban event.

These will be published on the BL website with the final details.

Entry Cancellation:
If you are unable to make the event please let us know via the email address above so we can offer your place to another runner.  If we are informed by the end of the Sunday before the event (i.e. 6th June) we will provide a refund less £1 per person to cover admin costs.

Covid:
Please don't arrive too long before your start time.

Before the closing date you can change your course by editing your entry online, subject to map availability, but there will be no changes of course on the day.
