The CapTEN is a 10 mile fell run, organised by Bridport Runners, taking in Thorncombe Beacon and Golden Cap, two of the crown jewels of the South West Coast Path and Jurassic Coastline.

The race starts and finishes in the seaside village of Seatown at 10:30am, heading East over Thorncombe Beacon before looping back on West Cliff above West Bay. The second part of this figure of 8 course climbs out of Seatown, over Golden Cap (626ft), through Langdon Wood before dropping back down to the finish.
Nobody said it would be easy!

WITH MEDAL/NO MEDAL ENTRY OPTIONS - As we had to limit entries in 2020 due to Covid-19, we are issuing the remainder of the medals for the 2021 race (125 available), therefore if you raced in 2020 and wish to save yourself £3.00 (OR really aren't bothered about getting a medal) then please select the NO MEDAL entry option as the medal hasn't changed. Needless to say 2022 will bring new medals!
PLEASE NOTE - our licence covers runners with a minimum age of 18 on race day.
