Let Sean Bolland, ‘The Nav Guy’ take you through multiple route choices through past Mountain Marathon events, many of which he has raced in. These are real MM maps from past events.
You will be emailed 6 MM legs from real MM maps prior to the seminar which you can mark up and email back. People can talk through their choices and we weigh up the different options. You’ll be amazed at the variations!
The format is very relaxed and interactive – which makes it very effective.
Plenty of time for Q and A after the seminar.

Starting at 10am, the seminar will be conducted by Zoom and will last approximately 75 minutes. It would be helpful, but not essential that participants are familiar with using Zoom.
