The Hardmoors 15 is a circular route starting at Whitby, following the Cleveland Way south to Robin Hood’s Bay. Leaving the Cleveland Way at Robin Hoods Bay the route picks up the Rail Trail and various paths to arrive at Boggle Hole before heading north on the Cleveland Way and the Rail Trail back to to Whitby.
£1.00 of the entry fee is donated to the Cleveland Way National Trail

The Hardmoors 15 is what can be deemed as a 'Winter Ultra' In the very worst case scenario if due to weather conditions in the North York Moors the race has to be cancelled for the safety of the participants, then no cash refunds will be given (due to costs already arisen) but a voucher to used for entry to another Hardmoors Race up to the value of the Hardmoors 15 will be offered as a consolation, or a transfer to the following year's race.
This event offers the option to purchase Refund Protect. Participants can choose to cover their inability to attend with Refund Protect.
