This course is designed to give you a taste of all the elements of trail running and set you up to start your own adventures.
On both days there will be a mix of workshops and runs, allowing time to learn new skills and develop techniques without running out of steam.

Based in the Pentland hills we have a huge variety of trails and locations that we can use for our training. The course content and pace is carefully designed to suit both new and experienced runners.
This course includes two days of instruction and does not include accommodation or meals, allowing you the flexibility to choose your own.
If we are unable to run the course as planned due to Covid -19 you will recieve a full refund or be able to rearrange for a future date.
