Run by highly experienced trail runner with British Mountain Leader qualifications and British Athletics qualifications. Perfect for runners who regularly run 10km or more on any terrain who are looking to take their running into the mountains and onto the trails.
- All aspects of trail running are covered from basic navigation, running technique over different terrains, weather, clothing, essential kit, route planning, decision making, emergency situations and a lot more!
- Great balance offered with interactive sessions and practical running - don’t worry we will be spending plenty of time in the hills.
- Based in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park that encompasses some of the finest scenery in the UK.
- Interactive morning sessions based out of Caban Cyf with refreshments to keep you fuelled up. Afternoon practical sessions taking the skills and techniques you have learnt into the mountains.
This event offers the option to purchase Refund Protect. Participants can choose to cover their inability to attend with Refund Protect.
