Teams of 6 runners will run the 4.167 mile loop inside the 1 hour time limited, then line up and do it again on the hour every hour.
A team is out once they are down to 1 runner, this runner can run on to try and win the individual event.
The team with the most combined loops wins.
The event will start at 12 noon and finish when there is 1 runner on the course.
The location will be Florida Manor
