Roughly 5.5 mile Trail running route in the Boconnoc Estate, taking in woodland tracks and parkland.
A single lap route to allow social distancing, the route is on wide tracks within the Estate (zero narrow, single track paths used) and doesn’t have any out & back sections to the race.
