A 50 mile ULTRA marathon along coast, trail, mountain, river and forest in south Snowdonia taking in several peaks including the iconic summit of Cadair Idris. This is a challenging, stunning route, and is at times remote. Total height gain 3200m.
As well as covering sections of the Welsh Coastal Path, and the whole of the iconic Cadair Idris ridge line, you will also summit several remote peaks around the Dyfi Estuary which is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. It is a beautiful part of Snowdonia, which you will come to realise on your 50 mile journey. Quite possibly the most beautiful and least travelled 50 mile Ultra in the UK.
