The Route
Race details and joining pack will be sent out early 2021 (February and April) this includes information for any supporters to follow your journey.
Safety and Rules
Please ensure you state a reasonably accurate estimated finish time. We need to cross check this data with the Causeway opening times to ensure all runners can reach the island safely.
Please note the route to the Island is the Pilgrims causeway and is marked, any runner using the Southern Low Bridge or the road will be disqualified. The Causeway Marshall has the last say there will be no negotiations. Yes your feet will get wet!
We have transport available to take runners back to the start point if you are unsupported on the day. This must be declared a week before the race to ensure we have the transport in place.

Start time 08:00 (There may be slight variations on the start time due to local conditions on the day).
UKAthletics registered Athletes includes UKA registered clubs (if your an affiliated athlete)
