The Great Glen Ultra is one of Scotland’s toughest running challenges. Set amongst some of Scotland’s most stunning scenery, you have to run the 71 miles (114km) from Fort William to Inverness along the historic Great Glen.
The event is for solo runners and designed to be run unsupported. There's manned checkpoints approximately every 10 miles along the fully marked route.
The route starts at Corpach and heads towards Loch Lochay before climbing up to give stunning views over Loch Ness.
The race fee includes a race memento, goody bag and a technical race t-shirt or vest, for collection on race day.
The Great Glen Ultra 2021 is awaiting confirmation as a UTMB Qualifying Race.
Refund & Deferrals - If you notify us in writing that you are unable to run before the 30th April 2021, we will refund you full race entry fee. If you notify us after this date, we are unable to refund you any of your entry fee. We do not offer deferrals or the option to transfer your place to another runner.
