Lulworth Cove Trail Running Challenge

Set on the stunning Jurassic Coast on the South Coast of England and taking in the world famous Durdle Door landmark, this is a trail run not to be missed.
Four distances are available on offer: 10k, Half Marathon, Marathon & Ultra Marathon (52k), depending on what sort of challenge you are after. All routes are taking in the hilly coastline that makes this event a real challenge and one event not to forget your camera for!
Starting just behind Durdle Door, on the higher coast path, you'll exit the starting area and turn right (the reverse route from 2019), on the coast path and head towards Osmington Mills. You'll reach the first checkpoint in the large National Trust car park at Ringstead,with views over looking Weymouth and Portlnd, the 10k will turn off slightly earlier than this.
You then have a small road section that takes you down and through the caravan park at Osmington and back onto the lower coast path just to the left of the Hangmans' Arms Inn. Then its a straight coastal path all the way back to Lulworth Cove, past the incredible views of Durdle Door on the way.
The marathon and ultra distances will carry on past Lulworth cove, taking on the MOD land for the second half, taking in lots of coastline uptowards Swanage, before heading back on the upper coast path through the deserted village of Tyneham. The 10k and half marathon runners will turn at Lulworth Cove and head to the finish from there.
One of our hilliest and quite possibly one of our most scenic events on the calendar.

Canicross Friendly - Please make sure you dog is properly trained and fit. Harnesses and leads must be worn at all times throughtout the event.
