The event is a challenge event open to runners and walkers with a time limit of 10 hours. The event is done as a pair with one going on the East Route and the other on the West Route.

Both start off from Goathland and then split onto their respective route, then join back up again at Newton upon Rawcliffe Village Hall and complete the last part of the challenge together.

The last part of the challenge must be done as a pair.

Registration will take place from 08:00 to 08:45 with a mass start at 09:00hrs.
