A new name and new race for 2020!

We are delighted to introduce a new name for our 2020 10km trail races and also introduce a 5km race too.

The Beowulf 10km and 5km will both start and finish in West Stow Country Park. The name links into the Anglo-Saxon history of West Stow which has also inspired a specially commissioned medal for these races.

Both races will go around the lake at West Stow Country Park. The 5km will remain within the Country Park, whilst the 10km race will cross over into Kings Forest to complete a single loop before returning. All routes will be clearly marked and run on good paths and tracks

Runners of all abilities welcome including complete beginners.

This event has been authorised by the Forestry Commission.
