Hard as Nails presents: 2 Day Everesting Road Biking Challenge 

Join Hard as Nails for 2 days of climbing and non-stop boundary pushing, in this exciting Everesting road bike challenge. Expand your own levels of capability and performance whilst conquering 8848m of terrain in the Brecon Beacons, all in one tough yet rewarding contest.

15 Peaks... 2 Days... 1 Challenge. 

Day 1: 5,380m Elevation
Day 2: 3,468m Elevation   

(Elevations may vary each day)

All competitors will be timed and the fastest across each category will be announced at the awards ceremony.

The Basecamp (The Old Station Hub) will be located at the infamous village of Talybont-on-Usk in South Wales, where riders can enjoy half-board accommodation; an inspirational cycling movie night and an open campfire with a delicious outdoor BBQ cooked meal. All riders who complete the challenge will receive a finishers T-Shirt.

The Itinerary

Friday Evening

  • 5pm to 8pm - Riders registration at Basecamp (The Old Station Hub)
  • 8.00pm to 8.30pm - Riders' briefing
  • 8.30pm onwards - Riders' free time


  • 5am: Continental breakfast served
  • 6.30am: The challenge begins (route to be confirmed)
  • 7pm onwards: Campfire at Basecamp, riders' gathering, with evening meal and drinks


  • 5am: Continental breakfast served
  • 6.30am: Riders set off (route to be provided at a later date)
  • 5.30pm Awards ceremony at Basecamp  

Exact start times maybe subject to slight adjustment

Accommodation Options Available:

1)   Half board accommodation in The Old Station Hub’s luxury bunkhouse.
2)   Wild camping on the grounds at The Old Station Hub (pitching own tent)
