COVID-19 situation:

Due to the continuing uncertainty around the near future, all of our bookings are on hold.

We have postponed all courses in April and at this stage we can’t be sure when we will be able to open our courses again. A decision about our courses from May onwards will now happen on a rolling basis, with a final call, 2 weeks before the course date.

We will not be taking any more money for bookings until the course is confirmed to run. If you are keen to attend any future course, please add your name to the waiting list and once the course is opened you will be asked to confirm your booking with a payment.

 

This course is designed to give you a taste of all the elements of trail running and set you up to start your own adventures. On both days there will be a mix of workshops and runs, allowing time to learn new skills and develop techniques without running out of steam.

Workshops will include: Navigation - Running tactics and techniques, Physical preparation, Technical terrain and Route planning.

Based in the Pentland hills we have a huge variety of trails and locations that we can use for our training.

The course content and pace is carefully designed to suit both new and experienced runners. This course includes two days of instruction and does not include accommodation or meals, allowing you the flexibility to choose your own.
