24 miles/39km, ascent/descent of 5285 feet/1600m. The Ardudwy Way crosses the geological formation of Cambrian rocks, The Harlech Dome, and takes in some of the best coastal and mountain views in Wales.

This is a led, group walk so no maps or navigational skills are required. The group is expected to remain together and follow the instructions of the leader.

Meet at the Dragon Theatre in Barmouth in time for a 6:45am departure. Transport to the start of the walk will be provided at a cost of £5. The walk finishes back in Barmouth. See for further practicalities such as parking.

This walk is part of the Barmouth Walking Festival which takes place over 10 days every September, offering up to 30 led walks of various grades. This is one of the two "super walks" that are intended for experienced walkers seeking a challenge of physical fitness rather than a sightseeing expedition.
