The Lets Run Adventures Hanging Stone Leap will take place on Sunday 11th August 2019. As previously there will be a choice of two distances - 13 and 24 miles, open to walkers and runners with a maximum time limit of ten hours. 

The start and finish will be from Guisborough Rugby Club. 

The cost for entry to the event will be £20. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

This year there will be a maximum of 120 participants. 

Registration will take place between 7:00 am and 8:15 am with a mass start at 8:30 am. 

There will be minimal refreshments and water at two CP, and water only at a further two others. 

Minimum kit required is as follows:

Waterproof jacket, hat, gloves, 500ml of fluid and emergency food.  Map of the area (OL26 or equivalent), working compass, whistle and head torch. Please also bring a mug for use at CPs.

There will be a random check during the event of an item from the list . Anyone found to be missing that item will be withdrawn from the event and barred from further events.

At registration all participants will sign to confirm they have the required kit. 

At the conclusion of the event hot food and drinks will be provided.

All finishers will receive a cloth badge and certificate. 

Anyone entering is reminded that it is a self navigation event and as such will not be marked, public bridleways and rights of way must be used at all times.
