Event Organiser - Nigel Bowler

The Lincolnshire Harvest Hobble is a 26 or 13 mile walk or run on footpaths, tracks and some minor roads in the Lincolnshire Wolds. It follows part of the Viking Way as well as some lesser used paths. Participants are allowed up to 10 hours to complete the route.

Route descriptions and GPX files will be emailed to all participants one month prior to the event. You will need the map Lincolnshire Wolds North- Explorer 282.

Start: Ludford Village Hall LN8 6AJ (Grid ref TF197888)

Free car parking on site.

Registration from 7am, Mass Start at 8am.

There will be drinks at registration. Please carry sufficient food and drink for the event but there will be drinks (please bring a mug) and snacks at all four manned checkpoints. There will also be soup and a choice of sweet at the finish.

Equipment: You are advised to wear suitable footwear and clothing and you are required to carry full waterproofs, compass, map, whistle and survival bag.

A badge and certificate will be presented to all entrants who complete the event within 10 hours.

Dogs are allowed if kept on a lead at all times but they are not allowed in the hall.
