Friday 8 March

• 09:00 to 10:00 – Session 5: Learn to Slackline OR Social Run Improve your balance, core muscles, agility and posture on a few slack-lines set up by Mountain Run. If you don’t fancy slack-lining, there will be a running option – but we recommend slack-lining very highly!
• 10:30 to 12:00 – Session 6: Ultra Running with Damian Hall Placed 12th overall in the UTMB 2017 and holder of the ‘fastest known time’ record for the South West Coastal Path, Damian Hall knows a thing or two about ultra running. But not content with that, he decided to put his mind and body through one hell of a training regime and took 5th place in the UTMB 2018! This year he joins us to share his experiences of running and training for some of the world’s most iconic races, followed by Q&A.
