There is a 4 hour cut off at 19.0 Miles Causeway crossing due to the tidal times, this is a safety protocol.  Please note the route to the Island is the Pilgrims causeway any runner using the Southern Low Bridge or the road will be disqualified. The Causeway Marshall has the last say there will be no negotiations. Yes your feet will get wet!

We have transport available to take runners back to the start point if they are unsupported on the day. This must be declared the day before the race in order for us to arrange in time.

Minimum age is 18 years old on the day of the event.

  • All runners get a medal and a goody bag.
  • Fastest man and woman get a special gift bag and a free entry to the next year’s race.
