Dale Colclough: Your Ultra Running navigation expert

Dale is one of our free-lance navigation coaches, and is the perfect coach for Ultra Distance running, having competed the Lakeland 100, Bob Graham Round and many more long distance races and runs. He has been coaching navigation for us for the last few years.

  1. Helvellyn YHA. You can request 'full board' at £37.50 per night, for a meal when you arrive, breakfast in the morning & a packed lunch to take out on the fell!. Mountain Run recommends this option, for hearty english cuisine, good surroundings & excellent lakeland views only a stones throw from our Mountain Run HQ.
