We offer a number of courses from our base in the beautiful Lake District:

  • Navigation for Runners coaching - Ultra/Trail Running or Mountain Marathons*
  • Mountain Skills coaching*
  • Sky Running Coaching with or without Scrambling Skills.*
  • Winter Skills Coaching*

All these can sell as half or full days, apart from Winter Skills and Sky Running, where we really need a full day.
