On behalf of the West Midlands Orienteering Association, its clubs and members, we welcome you to the heart of Staffordshire in March-April 2018 for the 51st  JK International Festival of Orienteering.

The JK is the UK's premier annual multi-day competition and our aim is to make it a true festival of orienteering.  As well as featuring challenging courses on high quality areas and maps, we aim to provide a family-friendly and fun event, with car parking adjacent to Assembly areas and a programme of activities focussed on Juniors.

The festival comprises 4 days of top-class competition over the Easter weekend:

Friday 30th March
Day 1: Sprint Race – MOD Stafford (World Ranking Event)

Saturday 31th March
Day 2: Middle Distance Race – Brereton Spurs, Rugeley, Staffordshire (World Ranking Event)

Sunday 1st April
Day 3: Long Distance Race – Beaudesert & Brereton Hayes, Rugeley, Staffordshire (World Ranking Event)

Monday 2nd April
Day 4: Relay – Beaudesert, Rugeley, Staffordshire

TrailO (TempO - sprint version on Day 1 near Sprint Arena, and PreO - classic version on Day 3 near Long Distance Arena), Novice sprint courses (Day 1) and colour coded courses (Days 2 & 3) will be available for both pre-entry and entry on the day.  String courses will be available on all four Days for entry on the day.

All age class competitors must either be a member of British Orienteering or a member of an IOF-affiliated Federation.

Please note the following definitions:
Junior: anyone aged 20 or under on 31/12/18
