The competition classes for Men and Women will be the standard Scottish Orienteering urban racing age categories, you can run any of the courses "out of class" if you prefer - select Open Course during the entry process:

There is no significant climb on the courses. Courses 1-6 are TD3. Course 7 is TD2.
Shadowing approach is still to be agreed between planner and controller but initial view is that:
- M12- must be shadowed.
- M14 and M16 shadowing is optional (course are solely on 20mph roads and the main arterial road through Raploch will be crossed via Pelican crossings). Parents are encouraged to discuss with the organiser before/on the day.
