Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a group of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry with discretionary discount codes available as below: Individual entrants aged 16-21 are invited to use the discretionary discount code SpunchZoom50. This will provide a 50% discount on the applicable entry fee. Intended for students in full time education or on very low or zero income. Entrants aged 22-25 are invited to use the young adult discount code Spunch25. This will provide a 25% discount on the applicable entry fee intended for young adults just starting out in life with low resources. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Spunch! Is a big sporty treasure hunt with a difference - A fun, friendly & safe mini-adventure with a unique & colourful map. Suitable for all ages & abilities - no previous experience required. Locals and newcomers always welcome. Run or walk. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! 60, 90, and 120 min course duration

Saturday evening almost all-in-the-dark Halloween Spooky Spunch Special from The Crown and Conspirator. For runners, walkers, friends & families. Go solo, pair or in a group of 3 or more. Suitable for all ages & abilities - no previous experience required. Locals, newcomers, vampires, zombies & werewolves all equally welcome.
You are invited to wear something spooky and Halloween themed! This is entirely optional, and your normal running / walking gear is just fine, but there will be a spot prize or two for the best turned-out!
Dogs are welcome too, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, Satellite punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch. With over 60 SpunchPoints to go for - how many will you bag?
On-site Registration opens at 4.30pm and you can start anytime from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. (Last start for 120 min course 6pm). Hi vis clothing & torch required for all at this one.

Final details and the MapRun course are usually published to all entrants on the day before the event.

They will provide a warm welcome in their lovely indoor garden room with a great vibe and excellent Food & Drink available after your run / walk. With a fantastic selection of Cask & Craft Ales. food tbc. The venue is child & dog friendly.
Parking, Registration, Help, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Results, Food & Drink all at or near the venue.
Convenient and inexpensive town centre and street-side car parking all within 2-10 mins walk. Some FREE parking is also available on nearby street / road sides.
5 minutes walk from Bramhall train station.
Just 10-15 mins from M60 & M56 South Manchester junctions. About 20 mins from M6 J19/20. Ample parking nearby. Very convenient for Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Macclesfield, Poynton, New Mills, Marple, Romiley, Stockport, Cheadle etc
The Area & Course
Carefully planned to take in the most impressively dressed Halloween houses. Plenty of spooky spunch points up for grabs, especially with a visit around the famously haunted Bramall Hall.
The pub gives easy access to Bramhall's green corridors and urban snickets through and between some nice spooky residential areas. Not a hilly one this one and generally good conditions underfoot*. There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
*total absence of mud can not be guaranteed!
