Welcome to our AGM and Club Champs event at Aberlour. The event will be based in Aberlour parish church on the north side of the square opposite the Coop, with the start and finish about 300m away.
Club Champs
Everyone is welcome to join us for the score event, but only Club members will qualify for the Club Champs.
There will be two courses: a Junior and an Open Course. The Junior course will be a 30-minute score for M/W14 and under age classes. For all older age classes, the Open course will be a 45-minute score. With planning finalised, juniors aged under 16 years on the day may run either course without being supervised or accompanied.
Prizes for Club members will be awarded for each course at the AGM.
AGM
The AGM will be held directly after completion of the Club Champs. We would encourage everyone to stay and bring a picnic to consume while we hold the AGM. Timings have yet to be confirmed, but the AGM is likely to kick off around 1:00 pm.
There will be a pre-race brief at the start after 11 am and a mass start at 11:15 am for the Junior course and 11:20 am for the Open course, with courses closing at 12:30 pm.
