Training for marathon sea swims? Maybe you just love sea swimming or want to push yourself outdoors in a safe, managed environment?
Our Bournemouth Sea Training Camp - run by expert swim coaches - is all about starting small(ish) to then building up your swim distances to whatever your personal goals are.
These goals could include simply completing a 3km swim loop to the completion of a 6 hour English Channel qualifying swim.
- Fantastic venue offering shelter , heat, refreshments galore
- Qualifying swims for all organisations ( up to 6 hours )
- Q&A's with experienced, qualified Coaches/Pilots
- 121's with Coaches arranged before the week so we know what your goals are
- Mental Preparation Workshop with Qualified Sports Psychologist
- Nutrition Workshop with Qualified Nutritionist
- In water feed practice
Over the last 4 years we have welcomed many swimmers of different abilities to the Camps ranging from novice swimmers to English Channel Soloists. What everybody had in common, however, was that they all finished the Camp in fantastic physical and mental shape with the confidence to complete their chosen goals for that Season. Result!
