Waterloo Parks Park O

This event is part of the London Park Race Series 2026, which is a series of summer evening orienteering races held in parks across London.

The entry fee is £6 for senior British Orienteering members + juniors; £8 for others. The races use both SIAC contactless and SI electronic punching. SIAC cards are available to hire for those who do not have their own for £2 each (free for juniors).

Three courses are on offer, which includes an accessible course alongside the mian two park race courses:

• Long - approximately 5km
• Short - approximately 2.5km]
• Accessible - approximately 1.2km

The Accessible course is step free and designed for those who would like a more accessible way to try orienteering. No previous experience is needed and guidance will be available at the event venue for anyone who is new to the sport. For anyone wishing to take part in the Accessible course, please contact [email protected] for a discount code to reduce the cost to member fee level.

The event venue at The Tankard is accessible and has accessible toilets.

Start Times will be from 18:15 to 19:30, with the start and finish 50m away from the pub.

There are no road crossings on the Short course. The long course will have two timed out road crossings.

All entries, including on the day, will be online. Entries will stay open until 19:25 on the day of the event subject to map availability. Make sure you arrive at the start by 19:30.

Course closing time of 20:30.

You must come back to the race centre (The Tankard) to download.

By entering this event, you acknowledge that you are taking part at your own risk.
