Welcome to the fourth of the LOC Saturday Series and Junior League for 2025-2026.
The event takes place at Allan Bank, Grasmere.
Starts from 13:30 to 14:45, Registration from 1pm.
There are three colour-coded courses White, Yellow and Orange and a 45 minute Score course. The White and Yellow courses are great for beginners, while the Orange course will be a little more challenging.
Please complete your entry for the first course that you wish to run on the day - if you are unsure, this can be changed on the day if necessary.
To run on your own and score on a League Course select 'yes' for the League option and choose your school year group and school name from the drop-down boxes. A second (not league counting) course can be registered after finishing this first course. White, Yellow and Orange courses count in the Junior League.
To take part on an Open Course as a family group, a pair or individual, select 'no' for the league question.
We encourage those less experienced to run in pairs or groups – it is a good way to start orienteering. To do this, enter the event using one person’s name (e.g. the junior in a junior+adult pair) and please add the names of everyone accompanying in the ‘Additional names and ages’ box when you enter. You can also request extra maps, if required.

A quick reminder for newcomers: If you’re not currently a member of British Orienteering, you won’t be covered by the organisation’s public liability insurance for this event. You’re very welcome to take part, but please be aware that you do so at your own risk.
