Part of the `Mercia Shropshire Weekend` run in conjunction with the Long Mynd Valleys race on Sunday 8th Feb 2026.
Although the race is AS, wintry conditions and very poor visibility should be expected. It is easy to get lost. Map (suitable to navigate the course) and compass along with Full Kit is required.
Please ensure you bring your own map, as they will not be provided. If you don't have a map you will not be allowed to run.
We are following WFRA and FRA navigation rules and the active use of GPS navigation devices will result in disqualification.
The route is NOT marked so navigation skills ARE required and you will be expected to use those skills to return to the finish.
Registration will open at 9:30am and close at 10:30am.
10 min walk (5 min jog) to the start from registration.
Entries on the day - £10
Toilets are available at registration.
Please car share if possible as parking is limited.
