Courses can be completed solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more BUT each participant needs to put in an individual entry. Minimum age 14. This is a navigation score event using an OS Explorer map (1:25 000) starting from the village of Braithwaite nr Keswick.
You can choose from 1, 2 or 3 hour course options and will have this amount of time to visit as many checkpoints as you can – collecting points as you go using the MapRun app on your smartphone.
The course options use the network of footpaths, bridleways and public rights of way. You can run, jog or walk the courses which are accessible for all abilities. If you have never tried a navigation event before – this is a great place to start!
No dogs allowed.
Parking and registration is at the Braithwaite Institute.

Cake and a drink are included in the entry fee and will be available at the finish for that all important map and route debrief!
