Half Marathon
The Saltash Half Marathon is a scenic and challenging road race that winds through the historic town of Saltash, Cornwall and its surrounding countryside. Runners enjoy a mix of rolling hills, riverside views, and quiet rural lanes, creating a route that’s both beautiful and demanding

- Distance 13.1 miles
- This event is limited to a maximum of 200 runners only so enter early to guarantee your place
- Cash prizes for Male & Female top 3
- Trophies for age groupers
- Quality medal to all Half Marathon finishers
- Minimum age 17 years
- Cut-off time for the Half Marathon is 3 hours
5K+
The Saltash 5K+ is a fast, friendly, and accessible race that welcomes runners of all abilities. Set around the town, it offers a manageable challenge with a lively atmosphere and strong local support. Its shorter distance makes it ideal for beginners, families, or anyone looking to test their speed, while still providing the excitement and community spirit that Saltash running events are known for.

- This event is limited to a maximum of 100 runners only so enter early to guarantee your place
- Quality medal to all finishers

Fun Run
- Entries available via the Tamar Trotters Website
- Starts at 9:00
- Distance 1.8 miles
- Medal to all finishers
- There are no entry limits or age restrictions for the Fun Run. However, any runner aged under 9 years must be accompanied by an adult
