🌇SPUNCH CREWE (HALF TERM HOLS) with SCH
Start window: 430pm to 730pm (Sunset 530pm Dark by 6pm) Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a group of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT accompanied youngsters under 18 who go for FREE (when accompanied by a paying adult who must be 21+). Juniors aged 16 and above can run/walk alone with parental permission - in this case they need their own individual entry at the standard adult rate. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants. Please enter early for the best rates and to help with planning for maps, parking, event officials and catering.

Thursday evening Spunch from Crewe Market Hall, 27 Earle St, Crewe CW1 2BL. For runners, walkers, friends & families. Suitable for all ages & abilities - no previous experience required. Locals and newcomers always welcome.

February half-term holiday event with an extended family-friendly flexible start window - start anytime from 430pm to 730pm - giving early starters the benefit of daylight as the days start to get longer. Sunset is at 17:28 and it will be dark from 18:04. Torch and hi-vis clothing required if you expect to be out after 530pm.
A big sporty treasure hunt with a difference - A fun, friendly & safe mini-adventure with a unique & colourful map. Run or walk. 2k to 22k, the choice is yours! Go solo, pair or in a group of 3 or more. We can usually pair you up on the night if you prefer not to go alone. Lots of help available for newbies.
Dogs are welcome too, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Parking, Registration, Help, Bag Drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at or very near the venue.
60, 90 and 120 min course duration options (you can choose on the evening itself).
One of our part daylight / part dark winter evening series. Along with discovering some of the area's urban network, town-centre and cut-throughs, there will also be some more adventurous off-road parts on local trails & paths through the area's green corridors.
Just 15-20 mins from M6 J16 & J17. Within 35 mins of M6/M56 interchange & M6 J14 & J15. Convenient for Nantwich, Winsford, Middlewich, Northwich, Knutsford, Goostrey, Holmes Chapel, Congleton, Sandbach, Alsager, Audley, Newcastle, Keele, Madeley, Stone, Loggerheads, Audlem, Whitchurch & Tarporley etc.
Catch the Spunch Train: Crewe Train Station is just a 1.5k flat walk away from the venue.
Start at your convenience anytime between 430pm & 730pm. (Last start for 90 min course is 715pm, last start for 120 min course 645pm). Registration open from 430pm.
Using a specially prepared map, visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
A first Spunch-visit to Crewe central and the beautifully restored & repurposed Market Hall crewemarkets.co.uk . Gently undulating - not a hilly one this. Good running / walking on a mixture of underfoot conditions from tarmac to off-road paths*. There will be something for everyone and even locals will likely discover new paths and places!
The Market Hall will provide a warm & vibrant welcome post-run or walk, with a wide variety of food & drink options all under one roof. The venue is child & dog friendly.
For earlier starters there will also be the added benefit of being able to join in with the Cat Radio Quiz also in the Market Hall from 7pm.
